There are several species of Cybele, this is the one with the longest eye stalks. The long eye stalks are similar to those found on Asaphus kowalewskii. This is a case of convergent evolution, the two species are in different orders and are entirely unrelated. Both trilobites may have been stealth predators, staying buried in the mud except for their eyes and grabbing prey that wanders too close.
