This was identified by the seller as Crotalocephalus maurus, and I have seen other specimens of the same species identified as such.
But apparently Crotalocephalus maurus does not have the short stubby spines at the lower front of the head that this trilobite has.
So this is currently an unidentified species of Crotalocephalus.
