This little trilobite has a nice axial spine but its most interesting feature is its visor like eyes. Each eye provides something close to a 180 degree field of vision so the trilobite could see forward, backwards, and sideways at the same time. My guess is this was a free swimming trilobite and had to watch out for predators coming from any direction.
The close up of the eye shows that many of the facets of the holochroal eyes are visible. (Be sure to look at the pictures of the eye at actual size to understand why there is no hope of seeing the facets with the naked eye.)
The right free cheek (which includes the right eye) is pushed forward slightly, a minor defect.
