Notes
Moroccan trilobites are typically first named after their closest European equivalent. Later, they may get a formal description and be given a different species name or even a different genus. Selenopeltis gallica is an Iberian trilobite with occipital spines. The trilobites here may be the same species, and in any case, will be called Selenopeltis gallica until and unless they are given a different name in a formal description. This is a nice natural double.
