Notes

Here are two separate examples of this diminutive trilobite. The first is a multiple plate with typical sized specimens. The second is a single larger than average specimen.

The long object along the top of the multiple plate is a crinoid stem.

Despite their tiny size these bugs show the typical features of Ondontopleurids -- prominent pleural and pygidal spines, fringes of short spines along the free cheeks, and small eyes set forward on the head. The large specimen is complete but the right free cheek is pushed under the head.
