The hypostome is exposed albeit partially detached. Lenses are preserved in both eyes, but especially well in the left eye.

There are axial spines, a short occipital spine, and short stubby spines over the eyes. The length of the axial spines and the number of axial spines and which segments of the thorax they're on seems to be quite variable in this species.
