What look like wings are actually two halves of the carapace. In life these were parallel and close to the body, as in the carapace of a phyllocarid.

I have no classification information on this creature whatsoever other than the obvious fact that it is an arthropod,. Hence no family, order, or class. Some scientists believe this to be the same species as (and thus a junior synonym of) Clypecaris pteroidea.
